Energize SPA

We invite you to enter in a unique sensory journey at Monte Gordo through the aromas and ingredients from the Algarve and the experienced hands of our therapists.
Here "good energy" prevails, so make the most of your time and recharge your batteries. Balance your mind, body and spirit with these experiences of well-being that we propose to you, including different massages and treatments.

Energize SPA:

Massages and Treatments available every day between 9:30 am and 7:30 pm.
Reservation is mandatory and can be done at the Spa and hotel receptions, or through our contacts. We suggest you book as early as possible, in order to
guarantee our appointment slot, especially if you want to indulge in a special program or to celebrate a special date.

Energize AQUA:

Open every day of the year between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Access to children under 14 is only allowed between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Aqua invites its guests to enjoy the heated Indoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi,
relaxation area on sun loungers, Sauna and Contrast Baths (hot and cold). A cap is mandatory in the water and can be purchased upon arrival, and flip-flops/
water socks are recommended.
If you are staying at The Prime Energize or have an appointment at Energize Spa you will always have access to Energize Aqua, for periods of 60 minutes (you can stay longer if occupancy at the time allows, subject to availability).
